Inconvenience of checking in and out and having breakfast 6 doors down. Didn't like waking up to itchy bed bug bites on my arms.
The breakfast service, location of the hotel, courtesy of the staff, value for your money.
Rooms are very small, the cupboard was of low quality.
only the location
everything is absolutely terrible: dirty, broken doors and tends, no soap, no toilet paper, absolutely terrible, i suggest to keep it out from your database. the price is really high for a low low level service.
nothing rude stuff and no breakfast with that expensive rate
Far too expensice in relation to comfort, location and service.
The room is ridiculously small (a "bed-room" really) and not outside view (the window opens on the staircase !). The cleanliness of the whole place is poor.
Not much. I at least got a hot shower.
The building smelled of urine, so that was a great first impression. The "wi-fi" was non-existent.
Bad experience in this hotel. Booked 2 nights but just one night due to the totally poor hotel condition. Entrance bad. Reception area not convinience. No lift to level 3. Bad smell. Noise thru out the night, cannot sleep whole night....a lot more bad things.....totally, not recommend for family.
Fit a bullitproof window in the door and you have a thirdworld prisoncel. Dirtiest room ever. There was a window, opening up to the staircase inside the hotel. So no fresh air. Breakfast was cheap but everything that was there had been standing there for weeks, disgusting.
the fact that it was close to the Heineken factory compensate the lack of space and facilities of the hotel.
the room was very tiny, with no room key of your own, so youkeep on ringing for the reception to gain access to your ownroom.
We didnt have a room key, kept having to call staff to let us in which isnt really safe.. Theres no bin and the cleaners dont take the rubbish
i liked the location, as it was in the centre.
it was so dirty,it was not worth the money
proximity to the centre of the city very clean hot water in the shower
had no key, always needed to ask on the reception
Over priced for basic crap
Nice comfy bed
Reception in different hotel
